Access to the NH Fly portal is granted exclusively to travel agents who have been individually approved by New Horizons Gulf. By using the portal you represent that you are an authorised agent acting on behalf of your clients and that you have the authority to make bookings on their behalf.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the portal following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

As an approved NH Fly agent you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete passenger information when making bookings.
• Ensure that all passport details, dates of birth, and travel documents supplied are correct and valid.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share portal access with any third party.
• Use the portal solely for legitimate flight bookings on behalf of genuine clients.
• Notify NH Fly immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Comply with all applicable laws and airline fare rules relevant to bookings you make.

All bookings made through the portal are subject to availability and the fare rules of the operating carrier at the time of booking. Fares displayed include a service markup applied by NH Fly. The total amount shown at checkout is the amount that will be debited from your prepaid balance.

Once a booking is confirmed and an order reference is issued by our airline technology partners, the booking is considered final. NH Fly acts as an intermediary and is not the carrier; all travel is subject to the terms and conditions of the operating airline.

Cancellation and modification requests must be directed to NH Fly support at newhfly@gmail.com. Whether a booking is refundable or changeable depends entirely on the fare rules of the booked airline and ticket type.

NH Fly does not guarantee refunds or exchanges. Any refunds issued by the airline will be credited to your wallet balance after deduction of any applicable airline penalties and an administrative handling fee, the amount of which will be communicated to you at the time of the request.

The NH Fly portal operates on a prepaid wallet system. Funds must be deposited in advance by arrangement with New Horizons Gulf. Wallet balances are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except at the sole discretion of New Horizons Gulf.

NH Fly reserves the right to place a hold on or suspend wallet balances in the event of suspected misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms. Agents are responsible for monitoring their own balance and ensuring sufficient funds are available prior to making a booking.

You must not use the NH Fly portal to:

• Make speculative or fictitious bookings.
• Circumvent airline fare rules or engage in hidden-city ticketing or back-to-back ticketing.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the portal's systems or security.
• Resell access to the portal or share credentials with unapproved third parties.
• Engage in any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to New Horizons Gulf or its partners.

Breach of this section may result in immediate suspension of your account and recovery of any losses incurred by NH Fly.

NH Fly provides the portal “as is” and makes no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that bookings will always be confirmed by the airline. To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Horizons Gulf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the portal, including but not limited to missed flights, denied boarding, or airline-initiated changes.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the portal shall not exceed the amount charged to your wallet for the specific booking to which the claim relates.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved by good-faith negotiation in the first instance. For questions about these terms, contact us at newhfly@gmail.com.
